Watermelon Mint Cooler
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and deseeded
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender or juicer.
- Blend until you get a smooth consistency. If desired, you can strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds.
- If you prefer a chilled drink, you can add ice cubes to the juice and blend again until the desired temperature and consistency are reached.
- Pour the watermelon mint cooler into glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
