Ingredient:

3 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsps chia seeds
3 Tbsps pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Preperation:

Heat a sauce pot over medium high heat. Add the blackberries and mash them using a potato masher or fork.
Add the maple syrup, lemon juice and chia seeds to the pot and stir. Turn the burner down to medium and cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.
Pour jam into a ceramic bowl and wait for it to cool.
Store it in an air tight container in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
